Football Skills
Helping kids learn and master the skills needed to participate in Football programs. Detailed, individualized training focused on building strength, coordination, and agility to improve their game. This program will offer kids a focus on Football skills, including footwork, catching, defense, and overall speed and agility. Using a combination of play, competition, and movement skill-building, kids will learn and improve the foundational aspects of playing football skillfully and safely. Drills & skills held at PSP’s Gym with outdoor field time at Pulaski incorporated.
Sundays 10:00-11:30
