Small Group and Individual Training

The core of helping youth athletes build a strong athletic foundation and confidence to grow in their sports and activities. Youth athletes will work speed, agility, coordination, and strength skills in these sessions of 1-8 kids. Sessions are tailored to the needs of the kids and their respective sports. Skills Sessions

Sport-specific sessions of 1-8 kids focused on Football or Track skills. Head to our Sessions & Training page to schedule.

Track and Speed Skills Sessions: Skills sessions focused on running form, warm-up techniques, and speed. (Ages 6-16)

Football Skills Sessions: Skills sessions focused on footwork, defense, passing and catching. (Ages 6-16)

After School Athletes & Weekend Athletes

Group Basketball program of 15 kids or less focused on building basketball skills and overall speed and agility development. Offered at Holstein Park and our gym seasonally with Pulaski pick-up. Head to our After School Athletes page for information on our current/upcoming sessions. (Ages 6-12)
